Pricing questions

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Sign up with your work email, run your first project through SpecSync free, and decide from there. We do not ask for a card until you are ready to keep going.

What counts as a project?

One complete bid cycle: you upload a takeoff, SpecSync sends the RFQs, parses the supplier replies, and populates your bid. Whether the project is a 2,000 sq ft tenant improvement or a 200,000 sq ft campus rollout, it counts as one project at $2.

Is there a monthly fee or subscription?

No. There is no subscription, no seat fee, no platform charge. You pay $2 per project when you run one. A slow month with zero projects costs you zero dollars.

Do I need approval to sign up?

No. There is nothing to approve. No monthly commitment, no contract. Sign up, run a project, pay $2 when you are satisfied. Most reps are set up and running their first real bid the same day.

What is included at $2 per project?

Everything. RFQ drafting and sending from your email, reply parsing for PDFs, screenshots, and email-body quotes, open-RFQ tracking and reminders, bid export to Excel, and shared supplier lists for team accounts. No features are gated behind a higher tier.

What about high-volume shops running 50 or more projects a month?

Volume pricing is available. Reach out via the contact page and we will work out a rate that makes sense for your volume. A shop running 80 projects a month is a different customer than a solo rep running 12, and we price accordingly.

Can multiple reps at my shop use it?

Yes. Each rep signs up and runs their own projects. Team accounts get shared supplier lists and shop-level bid history. Each project any rep runs is $2. There is no per-seat charge on top of that.
