How SpecSync handles your email, supplier list, and pricing data, written for the rep who reasonably asks what happens to their relationships if they sign up.
Each supplier sees only the RFQ sent to them. No supplier sees another supplier's response, pricing, or that they were one of several quoted.
Your supplier list belongs to you. SpecSync uses it to send your RFQs and does not share, sell, or expose it to other customers.
Email integration is scoped to RFQ threads SpecSync creates or is explicitly invoked on. Pricing data is not used to train shared AI models.
